About Me
Jenna brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, dance, and hands-on healing to her work as a physical therapist. She takes a holistic, personalized approach to care—blending movement, mindfulness, and manual therapy to support your healing journey.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a background in massage therapy since 2006, Jenna is trained in craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, and other bodywork techniques studied with master teachers in Thailand. She has advanced training in TMJ and jaw pain, pelvic health, gait analysis, and pain science education.
Jenna is especially passionate about supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. She provides individualized guidance around exercise and nutrition to help women feel strong, balanced, and empowered during this phase of life. She is currently deepening her own understanding of strength training and weightlifting, with a focus on building resilience and confidence through movement.
She believes in building genuine connections with her patients and works in partnership with you to better understand your body, reduce pain, and increase ease. Her goal is to help you move through life with more awareness, strength, and possibility.
